  • How do I pay with SADAD?

    You’ll first need to create a SADAD account. Here’s how:

    1. Sign in to your online bank account.  
    2. Look for the Sadad Account link and click on Create a SADAD Account. Set up your username and password.
    3. Transfer money from your bank account to your SADAD account.

    Once you have a SADAD account you can pay for any product easily. Just follow these steps.

    1. Select the products you’d like to shop, add them to your basket and checkout.
    2. On the payment page, select on SADAD as your payment option and hit Continue.
    3. Click on Place your order. You’ll be redirected to your SADAD account’s sign-in page. Enter your SADAD username and password.
    4. Enter the verification code sent to your mobile number. 

    That's it! Your payment will be automatically deducted from your SADAD account.

    1. Credit and Debit Cards - Cards issued in Saudi Arabia or International Visa or MasterCard Credit and Debit Cards.

    5. Shukrans - All you need is a minimum balance of 200 Shukrans. Use the Shukran slider at Checkout to calculate your discount.

    If you’ve made a purchase worth AED 1,000 or above on HomeBoxStores.com with your Emirates NBD, Mashreq, NBAD or Samba Credit Card, call your bank and ask for the 0% Easy Payment Plan.

    You can then choose the installment plan that works best for you. The total purchase amount will be debited from your account on a monthly basis, over the selected time period. Please note, the bank you select may charge a one-time processing fee, based on its policies.
