    Home Box Promise Plus is our assurance to our customers. It allows you to shop at Home Box with complete confidence.

    With every piece of furniture that you buy, you get a quality product and much more.

    Home Box Promise Plus offers you:

    2-year Limited Warranty: We will repair or replace any furniture product with a manufacturing defect, during the warranty period. (T&C apply). 

    Price Guarantee: We guarantee our Everyday Competition prices on the same product at a local retail competitor within 2 days of purchase. Simply provide proof in the form of an advertisement in a national newspaper. A maximum amount of SAR 1,000 will be refunded as a Gift Voucher. Please note, this is only available for furniture.

     Express Delivery: Enjoy this benefit at stores both within city limits and outside city limits. After making your purchase, just call us at 800-6100269 to schedule your delivery. Here’s how it works:

    City stores: Receive your products within 24 hours on purchases worth SAR 4,000 or more.

    Stores outside city limits: Receive your products within 72 hours on purchases worth SAR 5,000 or more. 

    30-day Return: We offer a 30-day return on unopened and unused products. (T&C apply).

     14-day Mattress Trial: We allow you to try out the iGEL mattress at home for 14 days. You can return the product within that duration if you're unhappy with it. (T&C apply). (Starts 1st October)

     Shukran Rewards: Earn and spend Shukrans when you shop in our stores or online. Gold members enjoy special benefits. These are as per Shukran policies. 

    Home Insurance: We offer you a special complimentary ‘Home Protection’ Insurance cover worth SAR 25,000 for a year, once you shop for SR 5,000 or more. For all home-insurance related queries, call MetLife – AIG – ANB Cooperative Insurance Company customer care at 920020393, or if that’s not satisfactory, call 013 8877041.

  • What are the 14-day Mattress Trial Terms & Conditions?

    1. Buy the iGEL mattress.

     
    2. If after 14 days you decide that our mattress isn’t the best fit for you and your family, you can change it for another or refund it for your money. We request you to fix a time slot with our Customer Support team and please make yourself available at the time.


    3. Reach out to our Customer Support team at 800 6100 269. 


    4. State you invoice no. and other details. 


    5. The Home Box team will visit you and inspect the mattress.


    6. While you get a complete refund (excluding any delivery charges you may have paid) on your mattress, there is an SAR 100 fee for collection.


    7. If the returned mattress has been marked, soiled or permanently spoiled in any way, we may reduce the refund or reject the return.


    8. Refund will be by way of Gift voucher for the amount and can be used in Home Box to shop in next 30 days.


    9. Your return on the mattress will be put to good use by donating the same.

    14-day mattress trial starts on 1st October, 2018.

  • Important information

    - The colour of the product may vary slightly compared to the picture displayed on your screen. This is due to lighting, pixel quality and colour settings.

    - Please check the product's dimensions to ensure the product will fit in the desired location. Also, check if the product will fit through the entrance(s) and door(s) of the premises.

    - Please expect an unevenness of up to 5 mm in the product due to differences in surfaces and floor levels.

    - The Seller delivering the product will not take up any type of civil work, such as drilling holes in the wall to mount the product. The product will only be assembled in case carpentry assembly is required

    - In case the product appears to lack shine, wiping the surface with a cloth will help clear the surface of dust particles.

  • What are the 50% Back Voucher Terms & Conditions?

    The Terms & Conditions are as follows:

    - Half back Voucher’s will be issued on purchase of 1,500 SAR and above. And will be on multiple of 1,500 SAR and so on.

    - Voucher’s will be send via email on your registered email ID – after the delivery of the products.

    - The voucher is redeemable on your next purchase.

    - The offer is valid only for purchases online and on our apps. 

    - The offer is applicable only on regular products and is not valid during sale periods and on promotion items.

    - The offer is not valid on delivery charges.

    - The offer is not valid on mattresses, P-Items & Discounts.

    - All offers are exclusive and not valid in conjunction with any other discount offer or promotion.

    - One voucher can be redeemed against one transaction.

    - The voucher can’t be redeemed either in part or for cash.

    - Shukrans will apply as per the existing policy.

    - If you cancel or return the order, the voucher will also be cancelled. The amount redeemed with the voucher will be deducted from the initial amount paid.

    - The 50% Back Voucher Redemption is valid till 10th January 2019.
